Terms of Service

1. The service

DoorPe provides an online platform that connects customers in Pakistan with local grocery stores and vendors, and arranges delivery of their orders. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide your real name and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or repeated order cancellations.

3. Ordering and pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Product prices are set by the store.
• Delivery fees and any minimum order amounts are shown before you confirm the order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The store confirms it, and only then is the order binding.
• Stores may be temporarily closed or out of an item. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will tell you promptly and you will not be charged.

4. Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay the rider the exact order total shown at checkout when your order arrives. Please have the amount ready; riders carry limited change.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order free of charge while it is still pending or confirmed by the store.
• Once the store starts preparing your order, cancellation is no longer possible through the app. Contact support and we will do our best to help.
• Stores may cancel if they cannot fulfill an order. You will be notified immediately.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times shown are estimates. Traffic, weather, and kitchen load can affect them.
• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and keep your phone reachable during delivery.
• If the rider cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no fake orders, no harassment of stores, riders, or support staff, no attempts to break into other accounts, and no use of the platform for anything unlawful.

8. Liability

Products are sold and packed by independent stores, not by DoorPe. We work to keep quality high, but we are not liable for the products themselves. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of DoorPe means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
